Rosemary Grilled Lamb Chops with Pink lady® Apple mint sauce

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C
  2. Add all of the sauce ingredients into a NutriBullet and blend until well combined. 
  3. Place the sauce in a glass jar and store in the refrigerator until needed.
  4. Mix the olive oil, garlic, and rosemary. Place the chops in, coat both sides and marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. Place the lamb chops in a baking dish with two sprigs of rosemary, bake for 10 minutes, once cooked, let the chops sit for a few minutes before serving with the mint apple sauce.

  • 3 sprigs parsley
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Lamb

  • 4 lamb chops
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
